Lead and drive the strategy, development, and positioning of a creative arts and cultural precinct.
Develop and implement the precinct masterplan and annual workplan in alignment with organisational and national priorities.
Plan and deliver integrated programming, placemaking initiatives, and activations to enhance vibrancy and visitor experience.
Manage end-to-end execution of projects, including stakeholder coordination, budgeting, procurement and operational delivery.
Oversee governance, budgets, and operational frameworks to ensure effective and compliant implementation.
Support secretariat functions for precinct-level platforms, including stakeholder coordination and follow-through on key actions.
Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, institutions, businesses, and community stakeholders to enable collaborative initiatives.
Lead stakeholder engagement and communications through townhalls, reporting and regular updates.
Streamline administrative, regulatory, and operational processes, including permits, clearances and compliance frameworks.
Conduct research and strategic reviews to inform planning and strengthen long-term precinct development work.
Oversee improvements to public spaces, infrastructure and accessibility to enhance overall visitor experience.
Ensure alignment and integration with key national platforms and large-scale events, such as the Singapore Night Festival and Singapore Heritage Fest.
Present key plans and updates to senior leadership and Ministry stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Events Management, Communications, Hospitality & Tourism or a related field.
Preferred with 3–7 years of relevant experience in large-scale event management, placemaking, or social media marketing.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end projects, including planning, budgeting, and compliance with Procurement processes.
Strong track record in delivering impactful programmes, events, or placemaking initiatives that enhance visitor experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse partners and communities.
Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
