Student Support Officer (1 Year Up To $3.2k) - Part-Time

Job Summary

This role provides on-ground student discipline and supervision support, while assisting with case management, investigations, and coordination with students, parents, and staff. It also involves supporting daily school operations and programmes to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-ground support for student discipline and behaviour management across the school
• Supervise students through patrols, detention, in-house suspension, and daily school activities
• Support student case management, including investigations, follow-ups, and parent communication
• Assist with school events, programmes, and at-risk student support initiatives
• Handle basic administrative tasks and support the discipline team in day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Min GCE A-Level & above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in student support, administration, or youth-related roles is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy, patience, and ability to guide and support students
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, data tracking, and basic report writing

• Location: Choa Chu Kang
• Working Schedule: Mon - Thu (7.30am - 4pm), Fri (7.30am - 3.30pm)
• Salary: Up to $3,200
