What You'll Be Doing

Drive Client Success

• Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries.
• Understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to support business objectives.
• Build long-term partnerships through exceptional service and market insights.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement.
• Identify, engage, and assess potential candidates through various sourcing channels and interviews.
• Match suitable talent to available opportunities based on skills, experience, and career aspirations.

Candidate & Client Coordination

• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to facilitate smooth hiring processes.

Onboarding & Administrative Support

• Support onboarding activities to ensure successful candidate placement.
• Prepare and administer employment-related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with operational matters and provide timely resolution to recruitment-related queries.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business relationships.
• Participate in team discussions, market mapping, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to achieve team objectives and growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Prior recruitment experience is not required; structured training and mentorship will be provided.
• Candidates who can commence work within a short timeframe will have an added advantage.
