What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract quality talent through job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and talent databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job suitability.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations to clients.
• Prepare engaging job advertisements and promote opportunities across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and manage candidate progress throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market movements to identify new business and recruitment opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, business development, or other client-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
