We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner / Human Resource Executive (Recruitment) to play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and talent sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage suitable candidates through various recruitment channels, networking platforms, educational institutions, and industry partnerships.
• Create compelling job advertisements to attract quality talent.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organisational needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and support hiring decisions through comprehensive candidate evaluations.
• Support onboarding activities and assist with relocation arrangements where required.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by recommending innovative recruitment practices and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Coordinate internship programmes, including onboarding, assignment planning, and performance support.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Stay informed of market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
• Support additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
