Talent Acquisition Specialist (Human Resource / Recruitment) #HDC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
• Partner closely with hiring stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, networking, and market research
• Review candidates’ profiles and assess suitability based on role requirements and organisational needs
• Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Provide market insights and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and practices
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction efforts
• Work closely with internal teams on HR-related projects and initiatives
• Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and employment guidelines
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for tracking and analysis

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution
• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resource functions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of HR systems such as SAP will be advantageous
• Able to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively with teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
