Teacher Aide Cum Admin Assistant - Bukit Panjang - Part-Time

Contract Period: From 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Working hours:
·      Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
·      Fridays: 7.30am to4.00pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
·      Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays and certain periods during school holidays.

Scope of Services:
·       Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc.
·      Preparation of resources for the teaching of Art, English, and other Departments (where applicable) and the General Office.
·      Provide support for the administrative and operations of school events assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
·       Maintain cleanliness of assigned locations

Qualifications, skills, qualities, and experience:
·       At least 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes including English.
·       Good communication and inter-personal skills
·       Good team player
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
·       At least have 2 years of experience working in a school environment.
