Team Supervisor (School Health Screening) - Part-Time

The Team Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of nationwide health screening programmes for preschool children across Singapore. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of nurses and health screening assistants to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of health services within school environments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for school health screening programmes nationwide

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and health screening assistants

• Conduct vision tests, height and weight measurements, and health education sessions

• Administer lifestyle questionnaires to students

• Liaise with clients for project implementation and school site scheduling

• Coordinate site setup and ensure high-quality client servicing

Requirements: 

• Strong ability to engage confidently and compassionately with young children

• Previous experience in team leadership or healthcare operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics for multiple school sites
