Tea/Pantry Assistant - Part-Time

The tea/pantry assistant is part of the Admin Group, ensuring functional pantry support:

• Ready to serve breakfast daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the pantry:
  - Daily preparation of hard-boiled eggs & fruit
  - Additional breakfast items and refreshments such as sandwiches 3x times a week (Tue to Thurs)
• Serve beverages to top management personnel, when required.
• Replenish refreshments and beverages for both pantry areas.
• Maintain and tidy the two pantry areas, including but not limited to washing of cups, mopping floor, and emptying rubbish bins.
• Clean and organize the office refrigerators once a week.
• Tidy up the VP’s room when necessary.
• Monitor pantry supplies and inform the Facilities team when stocks are running low (e.g., paper towels, etc.).
• Assist in packing and storing pantry supplies in the storeroom.
• Provide support for company in-house events and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidate Profile

A self-motivated individual who value integrity, have willing brain engagement in going the extra miles to provide excellent and create happiness and values to stakeholders. A strong candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working pantry experiences.

Employment Details

• Permanent part-time contract (annual renewal)
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (5 hours daily)
• Completion bonus (1 month per full year of service)
