Temp Admin Assistant (6 Months)

📍 Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena
💰 Salary: $12/hour
🗓 Contract: 6 months
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Perform frontline duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral bookings, medication dispensing, and cashiering.
• Attend to walk-in patients and handle phone enquiries professionally.
• Chaperone patients and explain clinic procedures when required.
• Provide language translation support for doctors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor drug inventory.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and uphold a professional environment.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine operational checks and audits.
• Assist with daily clinic operations, including compiling patient management reports.
• Support submission of medical reports and claims (TPA, CHAS, Medisave).
• Provide coverage at other facilities when manpower support is required.
