💰 Salary: $12 per hour
⏰ Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
✔️ Commitment period: 3 months contract, convert-able depends on performance
📍Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park

Job Scope:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
• Assist with MOM work pass applications and renewals, ensuring timely submission and compliance
• Perform data entry, filing, and document control
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Assist with procurement and track deliveries
• Maintain proper records and documentation
• General administrative duties and ad hoc tasks

Requirement:

• Prior administrative or construction-related experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and responsible
