Temp Admin Assistant (Healthcare), Until 31 March 2027 - Based At Eunos #HKH - Part-Time

• Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasksrelevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).
• Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Min N / O / A / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Able to stark work immediately or short notice
• Some admin exp is preferred
