Temp Admin Associate (Healthcare) #HZOT - Part-Time

Location: Central
Duration: 12 months
Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours

Job scope:

• Daily data entry, summarizing and categorizing of patients’ compliments and feedback into customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Generate qualitative data for monthly staff compliments
• Generate quantitative reports and charts for patient experience survey data, including data scrubbing
• Assist with coordination of staff service and communication trainings

Requirements:

• Min. diploma in any field
• No experience needed, training is provided
