Temp Administrative Assistant (Govt/ Banking) #HZO - Part-Time

Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Salary: Up to $15/ hr
Duration: Till Dec 2026

Job Scope:

• Maintain and update programme databases (mentorship, outreach, engagement programmes)
• Coordinate and mobilise participants for events and initiatives
• Provide admin support (scheduling, documentation, procurement)
• Assist in event logistics, setup and execution (on-site/off-site)
• Liaise with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders
• Support communications (social media, EDMs, outreach materials)

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in any field
• Comfortable with events and stakeholder coordination
• Outspoken, proactive and able to engage participants
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
