Job Summary

Support the administration and delivery of WIDA assessments by preparing materials, coordinating schedules, monitoring testing sessions, and maintaining accurate records in a flexible, part-time role, 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct WIDA testing for students following established assessment guidelines and procedures
• Administer and monitor testing sessions to ensure accuracy and professionalism
• Prepare and organise testing materials and maintain proper documentation of student records
• Coordinate testing schedules with teachers and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain confidentiality and security of assessment materials and student information
• Provide administrative support related to testing activities as needed
• Assist with make-up testing sessions to accommodate student needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience conducting WIDA assessments or educational testing
• Familiarity with WIDA ACCESS testing procedures
• Comfortable working with students in an educational environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills applied to testing coordination and administration
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow assessment protocols accurately
• Ability to commit to a flexible work schedule, including some evenings and Saturday mornings
• Proficient in basic administrative and computer tasks
