Temp Assistant Admin Support - Dept Of Student Development - Part-Time

We are looking for a Temp Assistant Admin Support on contract basis till 31 Mar 2027 to support the Dept of Student Development. Submit your application now!

What you will be working on

1. Provide administrative and logistics support for the Wellness for Life (WFL) module, including lesson coordination, attendance tracking and day-to-day operations.
2. Support sports administration matters, including coordinating sign-ups, managing attendance, arranging logistics and facilities as well as assisting with events and competitions.
3. Assist with student club administration, such as facilities booking, clubroom inspections and other related administrative tasks.
4. Undertake any other administrative duties assigned to support departmental operations.

What we are looking for

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, adaptable and able to work well with others.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to multi-task, work independently and carry out duties with minimal supervision.
• Willing to support evening or weekend SP events and competitions, when required.
