Temp Customer Service (Yishun, 6 Months, $12/Hr) - Part-Time

• Working Days: Mon to Fri
• Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
• Working Location: Orchid Country Club (Yishun)
• 6 months contract (subject to renewal)
• Salary: $12/hour

Responsibilities

• To expand the membership base (new, retention & attrition)
• Perform membership management related tasks which includes but not limited to, data entries and creation, maintaining membership records and filings, updating membership schedules, benefits fulfilment, and membership sales, etc.
• Handle emails, phone calls and walk-ins for prospects and members
• Assist in executing events
• Any other duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements:

• level and above
• Some working experience in Customer service or admin
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work for 3 months
