Position : Temp Executive - Data Management Division

Contract period : 1 Sep 26 – 31 Aug 27

Working hours :

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to5.30pm one hour lunch break

$12.53 (‘N’ level, ‘O’ level, ‘A’ level, Nitec, Higher Nitec with 8-14 years of work experience); or (Diploma with less than 3 years of work experience)

$13.64 (Diploma with at least 3 years of work experience)

Job scope :

•          Support day-to-day operations for MCDR, HEALIX, and Tableau projects.

•          Monitor the Data Ops mailbox, track incoming requests, record them in the tracker, and notify the team as needed.

•          Prepare weekly reports on Data Ops requests and monitor turnaround times to ensure SLAs are met.

•          Assist with user onboarding and data access requests.

•          Support adhoc administrative and operational tasks for the Data Ops and Data Engineering teams.

Requirements:

•          Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.

•          Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

•          Good communication and coordination skills.

•          Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

•          Able to work independently and learn quickly.
