Temp Executive – Dept Of Finance - Part-Time

The Department of Finance in Singapore Polytechnic is looking to hire a Temporary Executive.

Responsibilities:-

• To be involved in Digital Workplace Asset Management System (DWPAMS) project including assisting Finance to answer queries raised by S&Ds, guide S&Ds in the asset tagging process and any other works which may arise in the process.
• To be involved in Continuing Education & Training (CET) operations which includes submitting einvoices, preparing receipts and refunds and any other works which may arise in the process.

Requirements:-

• Diploma & above with experience of less than 3 years
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to operate basic software and hardware tools such as the AMS software, asset tag printer, asset tag scanner and mobile phone reader
• Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete task within deadlines set
• Able to work independently
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess problem solving skills

Working Hours:

Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm

Contract Duration: 11 months starting from May 2024
