Temp Patient Service Associate (4 Months) #HJY - Part-Time

Location: Outram
Salary: $10.50/hr - $13/hr
Duration: 4 Months


Working Hours:
- 5 days work week
- Monday to Thursday (9.5 hours, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)
- Friday (9 hours, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)
[PSA are on staggered working hours and may be rostered to start work from 7.30AM]


Job Description:
- You are responsible for providing front-line services to our patients.
- Your duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, registration of patients’ visits, appointment scheduling, and collection of payments and provide financial counselling.
- Do note that there is kiosk at the medical center, candidate will need to be open to station there to assist. (Front end customer service)


Job Requirements:
- Min. N/O/Nitec/Higher Nitec/A level/Diploma in any field
- No exp as training will be provided
