TEMP PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE (EAST, 5 MONTHS, ENTRY-LEVEL) #HJY - Part-Time

Location: Geylang
Salary: $10/hr
Duration: 5 months contract (Immediate - 30th November 2026)

Working Hours:
- 5.5 days' work week, Office hours
- Every Saturday half day

Job Description:
- Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.
- Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.
- Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.
- Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.
- Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required.
- Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries.
- Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.

Job Requirements:
- Required immunisation for MMR/ Tdap/ Varicella
- Highly encouraged to be fully vaccinated COVID-19
