Position: Temp Personnel Officer (Talent Management/Development)
Location: Irrawaddy Road
Contract Period: August 2026 – February 2027
Working Hours:
Salary: Up to S$3,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:
Talent Management
• Execution of Police Officer Posting Cycle and assisting with digitalisation efforts.
• Engage both internal and external stakeholders on the deployment and secondment plans of SPF officers.
• Administration of Annual Security Declaration and related matters.
• Administration of re-organisation and related matters.
HR Systems and Administration
• Assist with system-related HR functions.
Requirements
• Candidates should possess strong stakeholder management skills and be able to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to conceptualise, review and improve business processes to support operational effectiveness.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling administrative matters and records.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience in HR administration, talent management or related functions will be advantageous.
Additional Advantage:
• Candidates who are able to conceptualise and improve business processes, demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, and are detail-oriented will be highly preferred.
