Temp PSA Admin - EUNOS - HSN - Part-Time

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Eunos

Salary : N / O / A / NITEC - $10.50 / hour , Diploma - $13 / hour

Working hours:

8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

8am to 12pm (Every Sat)

Must be open to work as 730am on certain days. If start work earlier will end work earlier. 8 hours a day on weekday. 4 hours on Sat. (44 hours per work week)

Responsibilities:

•Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation.

•Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).

•Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations.

•Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
