Position: Temp PSA (Admin) – Healthcare
Location: Eunos OR Seng Kang
Contract Duration: Immediate start till 31 March 2027 (must be able to commit full duration)

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Total: 44 hours/week
• Must be flexible to start at 7:30 AM on certain days (early start means earlier end time)
• Weekdays: 8 hours/day
• Saturdays: 4 hours/day

Salary

• Min N/O/A/NITEC: SGD $10.50/hour
• Min Diploma: SGD $13/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Perform backend administrative duties for the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP), including:Appointment schedulingPre-appointment instructions and follow-up callsReferral arrangements to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC)Data collection and collation
• Provide administrative and clinical support to medical, nursing, and allied health teams.
• Provide coverage for colleagues when required to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
