Temp Sales Coordinator - Part-Time

Details

• Salary: $15/hour
• Contract: 6 months
• Working Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week (including Monday and Friday)

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Update order status and resolve basic customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
• Hands-on experience using SAP is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
