Temp Senior Executive, Student Administration #JRP - Part-Time

• Coordinate the selection process for the Teacher of the Year Award, including soliciting nominations, obtaining the approvals from the HODs and Assoc. Deans, and organizing the award ceremony.
• Organize and manage the Dean's List Lunch and the Teacher of the Year Award ceremony, ensuring a memorable and meaningful experience for the awardees.
• Organise Faculty Workshops to foster a community of practice by organizing educator “Lunch and Learn” sessions for faculty members.
• Organise UPO Teambuilding and Internal Events (half-yearly reviews).
• Process access applications for UPO existing/ new colleagues and revoke their access when they resigned from their role.
• Administer undergraduate mid-term scholarships, University/ College-level awards.
• Manage the recruitment, scheduling of duty roster, providing guidance to the student assistants and processing of the monthly claim process for the student assistant under the Work Study Schemes.
• Track payments of the case studies and ensures students make the payments for the cases required for the courses.
• Assist the Discipline Officer with students’ disciplinary matters.
• Assist in managing administration duties for Assoc Deans and Deputy Director of the unit.
