Temp Staff (Admin EDM) - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Manage LEARN subscription and billing-related processes.
• Provide administrative support for business development activities.
• Develop instructional guides and EDMs to support content curation and events.

Requirements:

• 1. Technical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and key formulas.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA to automate repetitive tasks is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to interpret enquiries accurately and communicate information clearly.
• Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving and process-improvement.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills; able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Well-organised in categorising and maintaining information in shared folders.
• Meticulous in data entry, particularly when handling numerical information.

• Positive attitude that supports collaboration and teamwork.

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays - Office hours
Contract Period: 6 months
Salary: $2650/month
