Job Title: Temp Staff (Membership Services Division)
Location: Raffles place
Contract Period: August to December 2026
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Based on qualifications
MIN Diploma $11 per hour
MIn Degree Holdern $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to members and follow up on enquiries or payment matters.
• Record and maintain accurate call records, member feedback, and campaign outcomes.
• Prepare reports and support post-campaign administrative processes.
• Coordinate with unions and internal stakeholders on campaign follow-up actions.
• Support membership roadshows, outreach activities, and event logistics.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
