Temp Student Management Executive (4 Months Up To $3.2k) - Part-Time

Job Summary

This role supports student discipline and supervision in a school setting, including managing behaviour, conducting patrols, and assisting with interventions for at-risk students. It also involves handling incidents using restorative approaches to guide student development.

Responsibilities

• Support student discipline and behaviour management, including late-coming, detention, and in-house suspension
• Supervise and patrol students during recess, lunch, and co-curricular activities (CCA)
• Assist in student programmes, including support for at-risk students
• Conduct basic investigations of incidents and apply restorative practices to guide students
• Provide general support for school initiatives focused on student development and wellbeing

Requirements

• Experience in enforcement, security, or similar roles is an advantage
• Strong service attitude, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to manage student discipline cases using a supportive and structured approach

• Location: Kranji
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,200
• Working Schedule: Mon (8 am - 3pm), Tue - Thu (8am - 4.30pm), Fri (8am - 6pm)
