Temp Student Support Officer (5 Months Up To $3,200) - Part-Time

Job Summary

This role focuses on managing student behaviour, supporting positive school culture, and overseeing daily school operations, while using data to monitor outcomes and provide targeted student support. It also involves working with staff, parents, and external partners to support students’ development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture through behaviour and character programmes
• Manage daily school operations, including attendance, discipline, and key events
• Monitor and analyse student behaviour data and prepare reports
• Provide student support and intervention programmes, including working with parents and external partners

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or higher
• Relevant experience in uniformed services or working with students/youth
• Experience in counselling, discipline, or youth development is preferred
• Able to engage and support young people in a caring and respectful way

• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,200
