TEMP Training Admin Support (6 Months) #HZOT - Part-Time

Duration: 6 months
Location: Marina Boulevard
Salary: $10-15/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Support the counter and concierge duties
• Extract daily/weekly/monthly Performance Reports
• Handle all enquiries at counter including creating of cases and update daily appointment list.
• Assist all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry appointment confirmation via outbound call)

Requirements:

• Min. N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any field
• No experience required, training will be provided
