The client is a global semiconductor leader, the company designs, develops, manufactures, and delivers a broad range of semiconductor products used across many industries. We are hiring urgently!

Position: Temp Admin Assistant (3 to 6 Months Contract)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Support onboarding for new hires
• Prepare and manage HR documents
• Maintain employee records and filing
• Provide administrative support to HR team

Requirements:

• A-Level welcome (No experience required!)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
