About the Role

Join Strategy Department and support strategic research, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of key initiatives such as the Labour Research Conference 2026 and Singapore Labour Journal 2026. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy event coordination, communications, research, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Labour Research Conference 2026
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project and event implementation
• Assist with the publication, administration, and distribution of the Singapore Labour Journal 2026
• Conduct desktop research, literature reviews, and information gathering
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, publications, and infographics
• Draft and edit professional correspondence, research-related documents, and communication materials
• Assist with survey design, focus group discussions, interviews, and data collection activities
• Support data coding, analysis, and reporting where required
• Provide administrative and operational support for strategy development projects

Requirements

Background in Communications, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, or related disciplines
