Temporary Senior Executive (Operation Stakeholder Management) DT - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of assigned centres, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with operational standards
• Coordinate with stakeholders on cleanliness, maintenance, safety, pest control, and improvement works
• Conduct site inspections and checks to ensure compliance with tenancy and operational requirements
• Process tenancy-related matters, including applications, transfers, assignments, and administrative requests
• Handle rental-related administration and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Manage feedback, enquiries, and appeals from stakeholders and members of the public in a timely and professional manner
• Support the implementation and monitoring of operational policies, programmes, and initiatives
• Prepare reports, conduct follow-ups, and provide administrative support for operational matters
• Participate in stakeholder engagements, site visits, and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, or related disciplines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Independent, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and coordination abilities
• Comfortable conducting site visits and engaging with various stakeholders
• Able to work beyond office hours or on weekends when operationally required
