Job Scope

Course Evaluation Administration

• Manage end-to-end course evaluation processes using MS Word templates and email systems
• Collate participant feedback and coordinate evaluation data collection
• Prepare and format course evaluation reports following established procedures

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain course evaluation records and filing systems
• Track completion status of evaluation processes across training programmes
• Coordinate circulation and approval workflows for course reports
• Support preparation of summary reports and trend analysis

Process Coordination and Transition Support

• Liaise with training departments and facilitators on evaluation requirements
• Support testing and transition activities as LEAP digital functionalities are implemented
• Assist in maintaining quality standards during system migration period
• Coordinate with LEAP team on system enhancement feedback

Provide administrative support for the Department as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel for data entry and template management

• Strong attention to detail for accurate data collation and record-keeping

• Basic administrative experience, preferably 1-2 years in office environment

• Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with various departments

• Familiarity with email systems and electronic filing

• Ability to work with templates and standardised forms

• Basic report preparation skills

• Familiarity with evaluation or feedback collection processes will be a bonus

• Experience with process documentation and workflow coordination

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Adaptability to work with both manual and digital systems during transition period

Contract Duration: 3 months from appointment date (Tentative: 1 Jul to 30 Sep 2026)

Working Arrangement:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: South Buona Vista Road

Salary: $16 to $20 per hour
