URGENT! Administrative Assistant (Office Hours) - Part-Time

We have an administrative assistant role available in the Woodlands. This is an office hours position, offering flexibility and a chance to join a dynamic team.

Mon - Fri (Office Hours 9am - 6pm)

What you'll be doing

• Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks
• Daily scheduling of transport
• Ensuring accurate data in system
• Any other ad hoc admin duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Meticulous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and google sheet, drive etc
• Ability to work independently
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in AI is a bonus!

Requirements

• Prior admin experience preferred
• Able to start immediately or on short notice
