Job Description - Urgent Hiring: HR Administration Coordinator– US MNC - Part-Time

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

Location: Woodlands

Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5.30pm

Role Summary:

This role provides administrative and operational support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team. This role includes coordinating talent programs, recruitment events, and career fairs, as well as leading projects and managing stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Support

  • Provide HR administrative support, including scheduling, office logistics, onboarding, documentation, and travel coordination. Arrange and manage meetings, appointments, and provide reminders.
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and reporting.
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and related claims.

Talent Acquisition & Program Coordination

  • Coordinate recruitment programs, career fairs, and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Support execution of recruitment marketing campaigns and events aligned with global strategies.
  • Lead smaller projects independently, ensuring timely execution and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local stakeholders to ensure initiatives are market-relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or talent programs.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other office tools.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
