URGENT LOCUM OPPORTUNITY – Admin Assistant x5

Location: Gul Drive (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)

Hiring: 5 Positions

Salary

• Weekdays: $13/hour

• Weekends: $15/hour

Attendance Incentive: +$180/month (subject to eligibility)

Working Hours (44 hours/week, rostered)

Weekdays

• AM: 9.00am – 5.30pm

• PM: 12.00pm – 9.00pm

• Full Shift: 9.00am – 9.00pm

Weekends

• PM: 1.00pm – 9.00pm

Roster includes weekdays, weekends, and pre/post public holidays when required.

Job Scope

• Register patients using Microsoft Office systems (100+ patients daily)

• Handle patient administration and registration

• Support daily clinic operations

• Rotate between different Worker Medical Centres when required
