About EFS

EFS is Singapore’s national governing body for equestrian sport, affiliated with the FEI. We run competitions, athlete development, and equine welfare programs at the National Equestrian Park (NEP).

About the Role

We need a Veterinary Clinic Administrator to keep ambulatory vet operations running at our temporary clinic, based at Former Singapore Turf Club, Turf Club Ave. The role is coordination-heavy: schedules, compliance paperwork, and a daily mix of vets, horse owners, stable managers, and AVS requirements.

Flexible work arrangements will be considered.

What you’ll do

•      Manage facility schedules and coordinate emergency colic programs and outbreak protocols

•      Act as the contact point between vets, horse owners, stable managers, and riders

•      Handle AVS compliance under NParks, controlled medication logs and admin SOPs

•      Book appointments and manage logistics for vet visits

•      Track pharmaceutical stock and portable diagnostic equipment (X-ray, ultrasound) — maintenance records and insurance included

•      Handle billing, payments, and day-to-day admin

What we’re looking for

•      Admin or coordination experience, ideally in a vet clinic, medical practice, or regulated environment

•      AVS/NParks familiarity is a plus

•      Comfortable with MS Office and scheduling tools

•      Clear written and spoken English

•      Works well independently
