Volunteer Coordinator, 2-Year Contract – Hybrid Arrangement - Part-Time

Responsibilities

Youth Advocate Programme Support

• Support the planning and execution of the Youth Advocate Programme.
• Coordinate schedules, sessions, and activities for Youth Advocates.
• Communicate regularly with Youth Advocates to ensure engagement and participation.

Volunteer Coordination & Engagement

• Manage and respond to volunteer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in volunteer scheduling and deployment across programmes.
• Support engagement initiatives and programme logistics.
• Ensure smooth coordination and communication across stakeholders.

Programme Logistics & Operations

• Support coordination of outreach programmes and engagement activities.
• Ensure operational readiness (venue, materials, logistics, attendance tracking).
• Assist with on-ground programme execution when required.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and updated volunteer and programme databases.
• Track participation, attendance, and engagement metrics.
• Support preparation of progressive reports for internal tracking and evaluation.

General Support to Volunteer Management Team

• Provide administrative and operational support across VM initiatives.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or professional qualification in Community Development / HR / Mass Communication / Marketing or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passion for community work and social impact.
• Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva would be an advantage.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
