Wedding Marketing & Partnerships Intern - Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Wedding Marketing & Partnerships Intern to help grow our wedding project. This role combines marketing, business development, event operations, and partnership management, making it perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

• Reach out to hotels, wedding venues, resorts, and wedding vendors to introduce project.
• Build and maintain relationships with venue partners and suppliers.
• Assist in securing sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
• Follow up with partners regarding participation in wedding showcases and venue tours.

Marketing & Promotion

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for social media and EDMs.
• Assist with photography, videos, and event coverage.
• Research wedding trends, venues, and destination wedding opportunities.

Event Operations

• Coordinate wedding showcases, venue discovery tours, and networking events.
• Liaise with participating venues, vendors, and couples.
• Assist with registrations, event logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders before and during events.

Business Support

• Maintain partner and client databases.
• Prepare presentations and partnership proposals.
• Conduct market research on the wedding industry and competitor activities.
• Provide administrative support for the Love on the Wheel project.

Requirements

• Passion for weddings, hospitality, events, tourism, or marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with partners and clients.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Experience with social media platforms is an advantage.
