📢 We're Hiring: Student Services Executive (1-Year Contract)

Join a dynamic education team and play a key role in supporting students throughout their academic journey!

📍 Location: Near Dhoby Ghaut MRT
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
💼 Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
💰 Salary: Up to $2,300/month
🎁 Completion Bonus: 1 month's salary upon successful completion of the contract, subject to satisfactory performance.

What You'll Do

Provide professional support to students via email, phone, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Monitor attendance and process leave applications.
Assist with course transfers, deferments, withdrawals, resumptions, and related student matters.
Coordinate academic support and student engagement activities.
Manage Student's Pass renewals and cancellations.
Process assessment appeals, transcripts, and certificate requests.
Support departmental projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
