WFH Freelance Recruiter - Part-Time

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and independent Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on an hourly basis. This role offers flexibility while ensuring clear alignment through a paid onboarding briefing conducted in person.

Key Responsibilities
Attend an in-person paid briefing to understand hiring needs, processes, and tools
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Support ad hoc recruitment tasks as required

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple roles and tight timelines
Organised, resourceful, and able to work independently
Able to attend a one-time in-person briefing (paid)
