Workshop Admin Assistant - Part-Time

Job Duties:

• Perform good control of stock movement and proper recording
• Arrange delivery of goods to customer/agent/urgent request
• Check stock availability to the operation department
• Assist accounting department with quarterly stock-take
• Assist to prepare new car for workshop loading to sales to meet customer-required delivery date and quality.
• Assist in monitoring and daily closing of vehicle Repair Order meet the required SOPs
• Assist in new car warranty claims and submits to Warranty Department and monitor and dispose of warranty replacement parts in warranty storeroom
• Plan & prepare daily PDI loading list, prepare job order for every car
• Work and plan closely with Workshop Supervisor for productive loading.
• Assist in administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations
• To perform any other admin duties as and when needed

Working Hours (5-day)

• Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
• Saturday: 9am -5pm
