Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager - Global Markets
Location: Singapore, which has options for remote work and travel as needed.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Sales Manager to join SAM LEONG® as we expand our global presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting innovative marketing strategies and leading sales initiatives aimed at reaching our ambitious goal of touching 8 billion customers worldwide. This role requires a blend of creative marketing acumen and robust sales techniques to effectively promote and sell our pioneering Anti-Aging Face Mist and other beauty products under the SAM LEONG® brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Global Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, engage a diverse global audience, and drive sales across multiple international markets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to understand global trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to tailor marketing approaches to different demographics and regions.
- Brand Management: Uphold and enrich the SAM LEONG® brand identity across all marketing and sales channels, ensuring consistency and high standards of communication.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets. Develop training programs to enhance team performance and sales tactics.
- Partnership and Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with international distributors, retailers, and other partners.
- Campaign Management: Design and oversee advertising campaigns, social media efforts, and other promotional activities.
- Performance Metrics: Set key performance indicators for marketing and sales activities; monitor and report on effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the beauty industry and global markets is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in multiple languages being a plus.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively manage marketing campaigns.
- High competence in digital marketing and familiarity with digital analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally.
