1 Year Building & Facilities Executive / Manager West Area Up To $5500 #NKA - Part-Time

Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)

Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

Salary: Up to $5500

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures, and facilities
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans
• Troubleshoot and respond to facility related issues and breakdowns
• Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
• Support fire safety systems checks and general safety inspections
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports using maintenance systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Support office layout changes, furniture installation, and equipment relocation as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Technical Certificate in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building or facility maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures
• May require standby duty or support after office hours
