BIM Coordinator - Part-Time

• Coordinate and manage the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client requirements, company standards, and applicable industry regulations.
• Perform model federation, clash detection, and coordination using BIM software, and facilitate the resolution of design conflicts with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely model delivery.
• Maintain BIM data quality by conducting regular model audits, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) checks.
• Manage the exchange, integration, and version control of project models and documentation within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Produce and coordinate BIM deliverables, including 3D models, 2D drawings, schedules, quantity take-offs, and construction documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM workflows, software applications, modeling standards, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify coordination issues, and prepare BIM coordination reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by developing BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows while promoting BIM adoption and innovation across projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / MEP or equivalent.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Naviswork and BIM Authoring Tools like Revit.
• Mechanical BIM Models related projects in Singapore.
• Fluency with collaboration and data management solutions like BIM Collaborate Pro and BIM 360 Docs
• ABLE to commitment weekends when requirement
