BIM Modeller - Part-Time

Job Summary

Support project teams by preparing and updating M&E shop drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications, and assisting with BIM documentation and project completion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them on schedule to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to amend and update drawings accurately reflecting project changes.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for record-keeping and submission related to BIM processes.
• Support the Project Manager in completing projects and handling ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• ITE, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit software for drawing preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project teams and stakeholders.
