BMS Engineer - Part-Time

System Design & Programming:

Develop automation logic, software graphics, control schematics, and input/output (I/O) summaries for building automation projects
Integration:

Integrate third-party systems using industry protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or TCP/IP.

Testing & Commissioning:

Conduct point-to-point, functional, and system integration testing prior to project handover
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Diagnose hardware and software faults, manage system upgrades, and carry out preventive maintenance on controllers and field devices.
Energy Optimization:

Monitor system performance data to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs
Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with facility managers, main contractors, and technicians
