CAD / BIM Designer - Part-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD / BIM Designer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, BIM models, and supporting project coordination activities for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise CAD drawings and BIM models based on project requirements.
• Coordinate drawings and models with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Assist in BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
• Update drawings and models according to site changes and design revisions.
• Support submission drawings and as-built documentation preparation.
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.
• Attend project coordination meetings when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting within the construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM-related software.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and BIM coordination.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards and regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Strong attention to detail and technical skills.
• Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
